The company was established in1997. Originally it performed building and mounting activity. Two years later the company started trading with linings and opened the first from a chain of shops “Bash Majstora”. In its attempt to satisfy the needs of our clients and to fulfill their expectations, INSTRO Ltd. opened a new shop with a different activity: selling hand tools and electric tools of famous trademarks.

In order to guarantee the perfect performance of the tools sold in our shops, the company established a service shop for products in and out of warranty for the following trademarks: MAKITA, SPARKY, Collomix, Belle, Palme, IMER, STEINEL…

Two new shops from the chain of shops “Bash Majstora” were opened in 2005 with a total area of 400 sq. m. They have a service shop, a warehouse, a showroom and 12 parking spaces.

INSTRO Ltd. opened a shop in Shumen in January, 2006. The same year the company opened a new commercial department. The purpose of this department is to show a personal attitude towards our clients and to appoint a personal technical consultant for our clients.

The company sells a wide range of linings and tools all over the country. This fact proves our initial goal: to satisfy the needs of our clients and to be their loyal partner.
